It’s very easy. Firstly contact us through the booking form here, one of the email addresses located at the bottom of the page or our contact page. Unlike some companies, we are not agents, we organise all our Stag or Hens Thailand Packages directly from our office’s based in Phuket Thailand. We are here every day, an event manager will be with you every day.
At this stage all we need is an approximate number of the amount of people coming, when the proposed date is, length of stay and activities you would like to do if you are going for our build your own package. We can then get right back to you with quotes. If you make the wise decision to go ahead, we ask for a 25% or minimum £200 to secure the booking. Balance is due 1 weeks before arrival and it is at that stage the number of people coming will need to be finalised and the balance adjusted if necessary. We can also accept balance payments on arrival if the event is not to large or does not involve a yacht party or similar.
Payments can be made with most major credit cards via PayPal or if you have a PayPal account then you can pay directly with them. We will issue an invoice once we have agreed the package with you. Once the deposit has been paid you will receive a full itinerary in PDF format.
